As Chief Operating Officer of the Hogan Companies, Mr. White oversees the operational activities of the company. Mr. White is focused on the continued development of protocols and employing new technological systems that will streamline information flow and increase the efficiency of the Hogan Companies' brokerage team.

A former Frederick resident, Mr. White returned to Maryland to join the Hogan Companies in 2007 as a land and commercial broker. Mr. White’s portfolio includes projects throughout the United States and is comprised of properties that span all stages of entitlement, development and construction. Recently, Mr. White has been representing numerous national and regional banks in the disposition of troubled and bank-owned assets and has been handling several large land assemblages on behalf of National clients.

Mr. White began his real estate career as a property manager at Jerome H. Meyer & Co. in Chicago, Illinois. During his tenure in Chicago, Mr. White managed the operations, maintenance and building engineers that supported a portfolio of approximately 25 multifamily, mixed-use and commercial buildings which consisted of approximately 500 dwelling units as well as more than 100,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Primary geographic focus in Maryland: Frederick County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
