As an Assistant Vice President at HOGAN, Michael brings comprehensive real estate acumen to each client engagement.  A former mortgage banker, Michael has either financed or brokered over $120 million in transactions over the last 13 years.  He represents developers, corporations, non-profits and local governments in sale and lease transactions.  His broad knowledge of the local real estate market brings a unique perspective to each client consultation. 

Michael is committed to serving and making a difference in the real estate community.  He is a member of the Land Development Council at the Maryland Building Industry Association, serves as Vice Chair of the Legislative Committee at the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors and on the board of the Greater Bowie Chamber of Commerce.  Michael obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Business Administration with a Marketing Management concentration from Johns Hopkins University.

Michael’s primary geographic focus includes: Prince George’s County, Anne Arundel County, Montgomery County and Charles County.
