Victor White Named Chief Operating Officer of The Hogan Companies

The Hogan Companies, headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, today announced the appointment of Victor White to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

“In his new role, Mr. White will manage and oversee the operational activities of the company. He will assist me with the creation and implementation of strategic planning as well as streamlining of company policies and procedures. Mr. White’s broad technological expertise will drive the implementation of tools and systems that will assist in our efficiency and effectiveness” said President and CEO Larry Hogan.

Mr. White began his real estate career as a property manager at Jerome H. Meyer & Co. in Chicago, Illinois. During his tenure in Chicago, Mr. White managed the operations, maintenance and building engineers that supported a portfolio of approximately 25 multifamily, mixed-use and commercial buildings which consisted of approximately 500 dwelling units as well as more than 100,000 square feet of office and retail space.

A former Frederick resident, Mr. White returned to Maryland to join the Hogan Companies in 2007 as a land and commercial broker. Mr. White’s project portfolio includes projects throughout the United States. His primary geographic focus has been on projects in Frederick County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
