Kevin Setzer Named Vice President Of Land

The Hogan Companies, headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, today announced the appointment of Kevin Setzer to the role of Vice President, Land.

Since joining the Hogan Companies as a land and commercial broker, Mr. Setzer has been involved with the closing of transactions encompassing a variety of asset classes with an aggregate value of over $14 million dollars. He has been involved in the marketing and sale of over 900 residential lots, assisted tenants and landlords with office/retail leasing, and has sold both office and warehouse condominiums. Mr. Setzer also has advised buyers and sellers on a variety of other transactions including woodland mitigation and front foot benefit investments.

Representative transactions include:
 

  • The sale of a 393 lot community known as Renard Lakes located in Brandywine, Prince George’s County representing an investor
  • The sale of a 271 lot single family community located in Accokeek, Prince George’s County known as Potomac Chase representing Pulte Homes
  • The sale of a 17 lot community called Five Buoys located in Pasadena, Anne Arundel County representing the land owner/developer

Setzer’s primary geographic focus includes: Anne Arundel, Prince George’s, Howard, and the Southern Maryland Counties.

Mr. Setzer was raised in Owings, Maryland and is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a degree in Finance. He is currently an active member in the Baltimore and Washington Chapters of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ULI’s Young Leaders Group, and the Maryland National Capital Builder Industry Association (MNCBIA). He is also a founding member of the Annapolis Chapter of the University of Maryland Alumni Association and serves on the board of directors for Calvert County’s Academy of Finance program.
