Musgrave Joins Hogan as Investments VP
Hogan Companies President and CEO Larry Hogan announced today that Phillip Charles Musgrave has joined the firm as Vice President of Equity Investments.
Mr. Musgrave is the former Founder and Managing Principal of Garden Street Capital, LLC, a Boston, Massachusetts investment firm that focused exclusively on investments in small-cap, publicly-traded U.S. equities.
With The Hogan Companies, Mr. Musgrave will work with private investors and equity funds, both regionally and nationally, to raise equity capital for future acquisitions and developments. In addition to introducing equity funds to our client’s projects that are in need of capital, Mr. Musgrave will also be focused on identifying individual investors for The Hogan Companies’ rapidly expanding development efforts.
Mr. Musgrave brings an ambition and passion for expanding The Hogan Companies through an investment vehicle that generates profits and builds wealth for the firm and its partners while also having a positive resonating effect on society at large through economic development, increased productivity and the creation of jobs and enhanced quality of life that is derived from such growth.
A native of South Carolina, Mr. Musgrave received his Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
