Hogan Companies Sell Bayfront at Rehoboth Resort Lots
President and CEO, Larry Hogan announced that Hogan Companies Vice President of Land, Kevin Setzer, represented Griffin Realty, LLC in the sale of Bayfront at Rehoboth, a 258 acre, 180 lot waterfront community overlooking Rehoboth Bay in Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware.
Bayfront, located off Camp Arrowhead Road, offers affordable luxury coastal living in a fully amenitized community with a pool, clubhouse, nature trail system, and boardwalk with access to a private beach and kayak launch facility. The Rehoboth Beach boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean are only minutes away from this resort neighborhood.
Hogan represented Griffin Realty on 24 lots in the community which sold for $1,200,000 in a quick, year-end transaction that closed within 15 days of contract ratification. In addition to finished residential single family lots in Waldorf, Maryland and recorded lots in Prince Frederick, Maryland, this is the third transaction Setzer has closed for Griffin Realty in 2011. Hogan continues to market four additional projects for Griffin Realty with contracts pending.
