Hogan Companies Acquire Konka Real Estate Services
The Hogan Companies President and CEO, Larry Hogan, announced the continued expansion of the firm’s real estate operations with the acquisition of Charles County based Mark Konka Real Estate Services. Owner and President, Mark K. Konka, has joined the Hogan Companies as Vice President of Development.
In business since 1998, Mark Konka Real Estate Services has handled real estate development, sales, leasing, and property management. Mr. Konka has been involved in the development over 600 residential building lots in 10 different projects throughout Charles County.
Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Konka was a real estate agent and Land Development Manager for L.K. Farrall, Ltd. A graduate of Calvert Hall and Towson University, he lives in Davidsonville with his wife and two children.

Mr. Konka will bring his 22 years of real estate experience to the development operations of the Hogan Companies as well as be an integral part of the land brokerage division.
