Ray Richard



Ray Richard, Jr. joined the Hogan Companies Land and Commercial Division in January 2009 and brings experience in land development and home building to his Maryland area clients. Prior to relocating to Maryland, Ray worked in Southeastern Georgia with Cajun Properties as an assistant project manager overseeing many aspects of residential development, construction and sales. Ray is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s Terry Business School with a degree in Real Estate.

In his spare time, Ray enjoys playing golf and other outdoor activities.
