Hogan Partners with Weiss on Residential Companies

The President and CEO of the Hogan Companies, Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., has announced that David J. Weiss will become the Managing Partner and Vice President of the Hogan Companies Residential Division. A principal of Help-U-Sell Annapolis and Home Builder Solutions, Mr. Weiss has received numerous awards for achieving top sales records in the region.

Mr. Weiss is a former Vice President of Michael T. Rose Companies, one of the most successful builders and developers in the Washington area. For nearly 20 years, he was responsible for sales, marketing and construction and was a member of the executive committee that made all the decisions for the company. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors is active in several boards and other organizations.

The Hogan Companies' Custom Home Division helps individual clients locate the ideal lot, design a home, and select a builder. The division also markets estate lot communities for land owners and developers.
