Acquisition for Rocky Gorge Development

The President and CEO of the Hogan Companies, Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., announced the sale of land in Charles County, Maryland which had been purchased by Rocky Gorge Development. The property, consisting of approximately 76 acres, will be the site of approximately 178 single family lots. The total sale price was $8,400,000. Tom Fiori of the Hogan Companies represented Rocky Gorge Development in the acquisition of the property.
