Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President and CEO of the
Hogan Companies headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, announced today
that the company has continued its growth with the addition of two new
associates, Ray Richard, Jr. and Charles P. Smith, IV.
Ray Richard, Jr.
joined the Hogan Companies Land and Commercial Division in January 2009
and brings experience in land development and home building to his
Maryland area clients. Prior to relocating to Maryland, Ray worked in
Southeastern Georgia with Cajun Properties as an assistant project
manager, overseeing many aspects of residential development,
construction and sales. Ray is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s
Terry Business School with a degree in Real Estate.
The Hogan Companies is a full service real estate firm,
with expertise in real estate brokerage, development, finance and
consulting. Hogan Companies has added three experienced team members in
the first quarter alone, expanding its unique network and providing
