Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President and CEO of the
Hogan Companies headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, announced today
that the company has continued its growth with the addition of two new
associates, Ray Richard, Jr. and Charles P. Smith, IV.
Ray Richard, Jr.
joined the Hogan Companies Land and Commercial Division in January 2009
and brings experience in land development and home building to his
Maryland area clients. Prior to relocating to Maryland, Ray worked in
Southeastern Georgia with Cajun Properties as an assistant project
manager, overseeing many aspects of residential development,
construction and sales. Ray is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s
Terry Business School with a degree in Real Estate.
Charles P. Smith IV
joined the Hogan Companies in February of 2009. He brings several years
of experience in Real Estate finance, having previously worked with
Morgan Stanley’s wholesale mortgage division and Regions Bank’s
residential lending group. At these institutions, Smith serviced the
needs of commercial and residential clients, closing over $60 million in
loan funding. Charles is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and currently resides in
Washington, DC.
