| Hogan Companies Sells 271 Unit Potomac Chase Development for Pulte |
| Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President and CEO of the Hogan Companies
headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, announced today that the company
recently brokered the sale of 271 recorded single-family lots located in
the Potomac Chase subdivision in Accokeek, Maryland. The Hogan Companies handled the sale as a broker for the seller, Homeland PG, LLC, owned by Pulte Homes Corporation. The 271 lots represent a portion of the Potomac Chase project, previously known as Homeland, which straddles the Prince George’s and Charles County border off of Route 210. The purchasers, a North Carolina based Investment firm, paid $2.25 million, for the 271 recorded lots on the Prince George’s County side of the project. Kevin Setzer and Tom Fiori of the Land and Commercial Brokerage Division of the Hogan Companies, represented Pulte Homes Corporation in the transaction.
