Hogan Companies Brokers Joint Venture for Senior Facility in Glen Burnie  

Timothy S. Hogan, Vice President of the Hogan Companies headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, announced today that the company recently brokered a joint venture between Koch Homes and Stavrou Companies on a 2.5 acre site located off of Furnace Branch Road in Glen Burnie, MD, where it will break ground in January on a three story affordable senior housing project.		  
The joint venture settled on the property in December, 2009. The building will be comprised of 55 affordable senior housing units with 55 surface parking spaces.  Rellim Development is a minority partner in the building, which was designed by Grimm + Parker Architects.
