Hogan to Sell 660 acre Industrial Development on Eastern Shore

The Hogan Companies of Annapolis Maryland has been engaged to assist in the sale of a 660 acre tract of land in Greensboro, Maryland. The property is one of the largest contiguous industrially zoned tracts in the state, and may also be suitable for both residential and commercial development.

The site is bisected by State Route 312 and, therefore, has plenty of road frontage as well as frontage along the Choptank River. Its central location provides easy access to many metropolitan areas.

Last week Hogan also announced that they won the bidding to handle a Salisbury Golf Course Community called the Villages at Nutters Crossing, which consists of a mix of proposed housing products including 270 single-family homes, 170 duplex-carriage homes, and 216 townhomes.

A team consisting of Mark Prossner and Nishan Topjian of The Hogan Companies are responsible for marketing the property which has an asking price of $12.75 million. A great location and a motivated seller combine to make this property a very attractive buy. For more information contact Mark Prossner or Nishan Topjian at (410) 266-5100.

The Hogan Companies, an Annapolis based group of companies, is the leading land firm in Maryland and has been involved in nearly $2 billion in real estate transactions.
