| Commercial Sale to Extra Space Storage |

Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President and CEO of the Hogan Companies headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland announced the sale of commercial property from Frank Loane to Extra Space Storage, LLC which is based in Utah. The three parcels comprising 3.6 acres of C4 zoned land in Pasadena were sold for $3,500,000 and are part of a development strategy that enabled Extra Space Storage to take advantage of road frontage and traffic counts. Extra Space Storage plans to build a 60,000 plus square foot climate controlled self storage facility on the site. The sale was finalized by Matt Daddio and Mike Sponseller of the Hogan Companies, LLC; which is the leading land brokerage firm in Maryland, and a top commercial brokerage in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. |
