Blackburn and Fiori to Head Carolinas Division 

Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President of the Hogan Companies in Annapolis, Maryland, today announced the opening of the Carolinas Division of the real estate brokerage in Charlotte, North Carolina. The division will offer the same diverse array of services as the parent company in Annapolis: brokerage, consulting, investment and development of land and commercial real estate.

The Carolinas Division will be run by the Managing Partners, Raymond Blackburn and Thomas Fiori. Mr. Blackburn, a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, has been a resident of North Carolina for over 34 years and has successfully executed real estate transactions throughout the Charlotte Metro area. He has been in the top 5% of all local realtors in his area since 2005 and focuses on building strong relationships with local and regional builders and developers. A member of the National Association of Realtors, he has received numerous awards including President's Club on a national level.

Thomas Fiori holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, and specializes in residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use land transactions. He has previously been involved in the successful expansion of the Hogan Companies. Mr. Fiori has successfully executed development transactions throughout the Greater Washington DC Metro area including large and small assemblages, multi-family development and urban infill projects. Before coming to the Hogan Companies, he was involved in the electric industry and healthcare finance.

The Hogan Companies, one of the most respected brokerage and land acquisition firms in the Baltimore-Washington region, currently averages more than a $100 million in sales and has been responsible for over $1 billion in real estate transactions.
