Hogan Lands Another Eastern Shore Golf Course Community

The Hogan Companies has been selected to handle the sale of a 683 acre mixed use development just outside Ocean City, known as the Beach Club. The property is already improved by an 18 hole golf course, and is zoned for the development of a 500 unit assisted living/retirement community, 142 single family lots, in addition to a 29 acre office park.

The Hogan Team recently announced that they won the bidding to handle another Eastern Shore golf course community called The Villages of Nutters Crossing in Salisbury, which consists of 270 single-family homes, 170 duplex-carriage homes, and 216 townhomes. As an extension of the Nutters Crossing Golf Course Community, new residents will have the added benefit of receiving golf memberships and privileges as a part of their purchase.

Hogan also announced last week that they would handle a 660 acre tract of land in Greensboro, Maryland. The property is one of the largest contiguous industrially zoned tracts in the state, and may also be suitable for both residential and commercial development.
