Hogan Leases 21,000 Square Foot Corporate Headquarters

Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr., President and CEO of the Hogan Companies headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, announced today that the company recently brokered the lease of approximately 21,000 square feet in the Howard Business Park Located in Elkridge, Maryland.

Hogan Companies represented the Tenant, Academy Linens. Academy Linens will enter into a 10 year lease for the space with the landlord, H&H Rock, LLC, and will use the location for a new corporate headquarters and operations center. Mark Prossner of the Commercial Brokerage Division handled the transaction for Hogan Companies.
