Mr. Fiori specializes in residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use land transactions, including large and small assemblages, multi-family development and urban infill projects. Since joining the Hogan Companies as a land and commercial broker, Mr. Fiori has been involved with the closing of transactions with an aggregate value of over $14,500,000. Mr. Fiori’s Carolinas Team has been responsible for the marketing and sale of 900+ residential lots.

Mr. Fiori has assisted tenants and landlords in the leasing of both retail and medical office space. He has also been involved in assisting Hogan Companies’ custom home clients with finding their dream lot. Mr. Fiori not only assists in identifying and contracting for the custom lot, but coordinates with engineers, architects, and the custom home builder though the entire process of building his client’s dream home. Mr. Fiori has also been involved in a variety of other transactions including woodland mitigation and front foot benefit investments.

Mr. Fiori holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland University College in College Park, where he attended night school while working full time. After college, he followed a career in the electric industry in credit management, general auditing and bookkeeping and project management accounting. In 1993, he transitioned into healthcare finance with responsibilities in financial investments, tax, internal auditing, start up companies and general accounting for a mix of thirty-five entities to include S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs, and non-profits.
