Ray Richard, Jr. is an Associate with the Hogan Companies and focuses on land acquisitions for developers and builders throughout Maryland. Since joining Hogan Companies in 2009, Mr. Richard has been involved in all aspects of real estate including single lot and raw land sales, short and long term land development projects, commercial leases, and residential property management.

Mr. Richard graduated from The Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia, with a focus in Real Estate. While pursuing his degree, Mr. Richard had his first real world experience in real estate working alongside his father, a land developer in southeast Georgia, and speculatively built and successfully sold a house in one of his communities.  Since moving to Maryland to join Hogan Companies, Mr. Richard has used this experience to assist local builders in Anne Arundel County find lots and negotiate appropriate pricing.

Primary geographic focus in Maryland: Anne Arundel County and Frederick County.
