Mr. Blackburn is a Broker and Managing Partner of the Hogan Companies, Carolinas Division in Charlotte, North Carolina. He specializes in land brokerage and commercial sales and leasing. A resident of North Carolina for over 34 years, he has successfully executed real estate transactions throughout the Charlotte Metro area. Prior to heading up the Carolinas Division, he worked to expand his own North Carolina real estate brokerage company.

Mr. Blackburn holds a Bachelor's Degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. After college, he advanced his career as a Production Manager and played a key role in Product Development at Aplix, Inc. In 2003, he transitioned into real estate brokerage and opened a residential real estate company which he still owns today. Since 2005, Mr. Blackburn has been in the top 5% of all local realtors in his area based on production since 2005.

While managing the real estate brokerage, he has received numerous awards such as achieving Presidents Club sales recognition on a regional and national level. Mr. Blackburn has recently increased his focus on building strong relationships with regional and local builders and developers. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is active in several other organizations.

Mr. Blackburn is a true believer in hard work, but also feels that a strong team and family are the cornerstones to success. Ray married his high school sweetheart, Becky, and enjoys spending time with her and his three children, Jake, Macy and Ella. In their free time, the family loves to relax at the lake and currently resides in Concord, North Carolina.
