Neil J. Butler is an Associate with the Hogan Companies and focuses on land acquisitions for developers and builders throughout Maryland. Since joining Hogan Companies, Mr. Butler has been actively involved in all facets of real estate including single lot and raw land sales, along with short and long term land development projects.

Mr. Butler Graduated from Virginia Wesleyan College, with a focus in Marketing. While pursuing his degree, Mr. Butler had several internships in the real estate industry with a national home builder working in the sales, marketing, and purchasing departments. Prior to joining the Hogan Companies, Mr. Butler worked as a Communications Specialist with Manheim where he successfully implemented internet marketing strategies.
