Tom Fiori

Mr. Fiori is a Managing Partner of the Hogan Companies Carolinas Division in Charlotte, North Carolina. He specializes in residential, commercial, industrial and mixed use land transactions, including large and small assemblages, multi-family development and urban infill projects. Prior to heading up the Carolinas Division, he successfully executed development transactions throughout the Greater Washington, DC Metro area and has worked to expand the Hogan Companies' geographical perimeters.

Mr. Fiori holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland University College in College Park, where he attended night school while working full time. After college, he followed a career in the electric industry in credit management, general auditing and bookkeeping and project management accounting. In 1993, he transitioned into healthcare finance with responsibilities in financial investments, tax, internal auditing, start up companies and general accounting for a mix of thirty-five entities to include S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships, LLCs, and non-profits.

In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his boys, golf, basketball, crabbing.
