Timothy S. Hogan

Mr. Hogan has been with the Hogan Companies since 1999. As Vice President and Managing Partner of the Hogan Companies' Land and Commercial Division, he oversees a strong, growing team of brokers working all over the State of Maryland. His many projects include the sale of a $79 million, 700-unit project comprised of single family, town home, and multi-family lots. This project combined with five other adjacent and nearby parcels to create a master community of well over 3,000 units in Montgomery County. More recently, Mr. Hogan has worked to assemble over 300 acres of scattered industrial and commercially zoned parcels near the Fort Meade Military Base where a 2000-unit PUD is proposed.

Mr. Hogan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland College Park where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was nominated as the Commencement Speaker. He is an active member of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA) and has served on the Prince George's Liaison Committee as well as the State Legislative Affairs Committee.

Away from work, Mr. Hogan enjoys travel and has now visited over 30 countries. He also continues to pursue athletics with an emphasis on skiing, soccer, basketball, and semi-professional baseball. He resides in Annapolis.
