Paul Ellington



The former President of GOPAC, a political action group focused on recruiting and training candidates for political office, also served as Chief of Staff to former Lt. Governor Michael Steele during the Ehrlich Administration. His diverse political activities include serving as Executive Director of the Maryland Republican Party and a two term councilman for the City of Bowie.

In his spare time, Mr. Ellington coaches basketball for the Bowie Boys and Girls Club and CYO.

Mr. Ellington will focus on business development for the Hogan Companies.
