Patrick N. Hogan



Patrick Hogan joined the firm in 2003. He focuses primarily on residential and commercial land brokerage. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Hogan was elected to represent Frederick County in the Maryland House of Delegates. While serving in the state legislature, he was appointed to the Housing & Real Property Committee and the Land Use Committee, which consider all legislation related to the real estate industry. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Hogan served on the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments dealing with regional transportation, environmental, and housing and planning issues. Mr. Hogan is an active member of the Frederick community serving on various charitable and civic boards and committees. He is a member of the Steering Committee for the Frederick County Drug Treatment Court. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for Friends of Catholic Education and St. Johns Catholic Prep High School. Patrick resides with his wife and daughter in the City of Frederick.
