Kevin Setzer



Kevin Setzer has worked in the Land and Commercial Division of the Hogan Companies since 2005. He primarily works in the land acquisition and commercial division assisting developers, builders, investors and clients in acquiring and disposing of real property. His interest in real estate began early through his family, as well as with his work with companies such as the Bechtel Corporation. Mr. Setzer was raised in Owings, Maryland and is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business with a degree in Finance. He is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and the MNCBIA.
