Jeff Kurtzman



Prior to joining the Hogan Companies, Jeff Kurtzman was the co-founder and CFO of Better World Books. A new business concept for the sale of used books, Better World Books grew into a $20 million a year business with over 150 employees by 2007. He designed and launched three corporate websites and led the branding and logo design for all the corporate entities within the company.

While at Deutsche Bank, he analyzed and executed the valuation and marketing strategy of its public equity offerings with particular focus on health care, financial services and transportation industries.

At the Hogan Companies, he will be a member of the Finance and Investment and Land and Commercial Divisions and will focus on identifying and acquiring performing and non-performing real estate assets.

Mr. Kurtzman holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Business Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. He resides in Annapolis, Maryland.
