Jake Ermer



Jake Ermer grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland and started off in the residential mortgage industry working for Chevy Chase Bank and K Bank. During this time, he serviced the mortgage needs of homebuyers, custom home builders and real estate agents in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

At the Hogan Companies, Mr. Ermer is focusing on land & commercial real estate in Baltimore and Harford Counties representing a diverse group of clients.

He is a graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland and currently lives in Annapolis, Maryland.
